If you were to ask me what my go-to breakfast is when a) things are a bit hectic b) I’ve got an early morning or c) I’ve got a busy day that requires LOT’S of energy, my answer would be…
They are super easy, delicious and preparing them the night before means you can either grab them from the fridge and scoff on route or use the extra time you have to put them in a bowl and look pretty. The choice is yours.
So, my go-to recipe is
1/2 cup jumbo rolled oats
1/2 cup oat milk
1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 Tbsp Flaxseed/Chia (Optional)
1 Tbsp Protein Powder of choice (Optional)
Mix all ingredients until combined and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top with Almond Butter, fruit and granola.
